Return & Refund Policy
Dear valued customers, we hope you love what you’ve purchased from us. However, if you’re not 100% satisfied, please review the following guidelines:
Defective/Damaged Item
We apologize for any inconvenience! Accidents can happen during transportation, and we are here to help.
If you received a damaged product, please email luxechaincraft@aol.com within 48 hours of receipt with a picture showing the damage. Don’t forget to include your order number in the email.
If the product can be repaired, we recommend visiting a local store to have it fixed, and we’ll cover the repair costs (please attach a picture of the repair receipt for reimbursement).
Note: LuxeChainCraft is not responsible for any damage caused due to incorrect use of the product.
Non-Defective Item
Products that are not defective may be returned for a refund. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service first and send the product(s) back to our Distribution Center following our Return Policy:
• Customers may apply for a return within 14 days after delivery. No returns are accepted after 14 days from the purchase date (excluding shipping delays).
• Products must be in original condition, with labels and packaging intact.
• Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or signs of wear.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any taxes incurred.
Note: Original shipping fees and insurance (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Refund Method
All returns will be refunded as store credit in your LuxeChainCraft shopping account or to the original payment method.
If a credit cannot be issued to your credit card (expired, invalid, or closed accounts), we will provide a credit to your account for future purchases.
Non-Refundable Items
Only products that are unused, unwashed, and have the original tags/packaging can be returned.
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable: gift cards, products with irreparable marks, and free gifts.
LuxeChainCraft does not provide refunds if the product has been misused.
Cancellations/Modifications
We are unable to make changes after an order has been placed. If you wish to cancel or update your order, please contact us for further assistance.
Wrong Address
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, LuxeChainCraft is not responsible and will be unable to offer a full refund. Customers must provide accurate and clear shipping and billing information when placing an order.
Please email us to explain the situation, and if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to assist with an address change.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that processing times vary by bank or credit card company.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at luxechaincraft@aol.com.
